Meddling Adults is a whodunnit game show for charity created and run by Mike Schubert. Each week, two guests go head-to-head in a contest of solving children’s mysteries from classics like Encyclopedia Brown, Scooby Doo, and Shelby Woo. The winning contestant earns money for a charity of their choosing, and this prize pool grows with the help of the show’s Patreon account, merch sales, and fundraisers. The funds first cover expenses of creating the show, and all proceeds go directly to the winning charities.

At this point, Mike Schubert is just a professional children's book reader. His first successful foray into podcasting was Potterless, which follows him reading the Harry Potter series for the very first time. He is the co-creator of HORSE, a basketball podcast about everything except for the wins and losses, the creator of The Newest Olympian, a show that answers the question, "Is Percy Jackson the book series we should've been reading all along?" and the creator of Modern Muckraker, a comedic investigative journalism podcast.
